WHERE IS THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE LOCATED?

The experience is located at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, 4780 Baldwin Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Enter at Entry 1 across from Nordstrom Rack.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

The most immersive FRIENDS™ Experience ever. There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even a chance to sit on the iconic orange couch. Not to mention plenty of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets are available HERE. A limited amount of standby tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Standard tickets start at just $27.00 plus taxes and fees. Price may fluctuate around in-demand or "peak" times and dates.

DO YOU OFFER CHILD, STUDENT, MILITARY, OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We want our friends of all ages to visit The FRIENDS™ Experience. Tickets for children ages 4-10 start at $30.00 each, plus taxes and fees. Tickets for students (high school/college ID required), members of the military, and senior citizens (age 55+) start at $33.00 each, plus taxes and fees.

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET? ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match at least one member of your party, and photo ID is required for verification. Fake IDs aren't accepted—we're looking at you, "Regina Phalange!"

If you or a member of your party is not feeling well, tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) if changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. Fill out this CONTACT FORM.

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

Limited standby tickets are available at the door. Guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. Tickets purchased at the door will be priced at the regular peak ticket price level and include an additional fee. Children, student, military, and senior citizen tickets are not available for purchase at the door.

Come early in the morning or later in the evening for the best chance of securing standby tickets.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND THIS EXPERIENCE?

All ages are welcome. Guests 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Children 3 and younger don’t need a ticket when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET FOR THE WRONG DATE OR TIME?

Tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) if changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. Fill out this contact form or visit the Help section of the Fever app for assistance.

DOES THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE HAVE A CODE OF CONDUCT?

Providing a safe and fun environment for guests is our number one priority. All guests must adhere to our Experience Code of Conduct below.

• Profanity, abusive language and unruly behavior are not permitted.
• Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are not permitted on premises.
• If you are late or need to reschedule your ticket to another time/date, there is a standby line; if an opening becomes available, we will allow entry on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to inspect all packages, bags, backpacks, purses, fanny packs or any other container on the premise.
• Line jumping is prohibited. Guests who line jump will not be allowed to access the attraction or retail store.
• Guests are required to wear shirts, pants and shoes.
• Guests should not enter if they have a temperature over 100.4oF.
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited.
• No outside food or drink is permitted. Water bottles and reusable water bottles with a cap that can be sealed are welcome.

From the North: I-75 South to Exit 84B. Right on Baldwin Road. Alt. Route: South on M-24. Right on Brown. Left on Joslyn. From the South: I-75 North to Exit 83. Left on Joslyn. Alt. Route: I-75 North to Exit 84B. Right on Baldwin. From the West: M-59 East to I-75 North Exit 83. Left on Joslyn. Alt. Route: M-59 East to I-75 North Exit 84B. Right on Baldwin. Public Transportation pickup/drop off is located near Entry 2 (by TJ Maxx).

SMART Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is a bus stop on SMART route 462, Pontiac-Baldwin Road, and is accessible seven days a week from the city of Pontiac. Visit SMART for the bus schedule, route information and pickup/drop off locations. Mass Transit Authority (MTA) Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is a bus stop on MTA's Oakland County Regional Service Route and is accessible seven days a week from the city of Flint. With over 7,200 parking spaces, adjacent to six convenient mall entrances, parking is readily available for Great Lakes Crossing Outlets customers. The FRIENDS™ Experience is closest to the Nordstrom Rack entrance.
