The experience is located at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, 4780 Baldwin Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Enter at Entry 1 across from Nordstrom Rack.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The most immersive FRIENDS™ Experience ever. There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even a chance to sit on the iconic orange couch. Not to mention plenty of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets are available HERE. A limited amount of standby tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Standard tickets start at just $27.00 plus taxes and fees. Price may fluctuate around in-demand or "peak" times and dates.
DO YOU OFFER CHILD, STUDENT, MILITARY, OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We want our friends of all ages to visit The FRIENDS™ Experience. Tickets for children ages 4-10 start at $30.00 each, plus taxes and fees. Tickets for students (high school/college ID required), members of the military, and senior citizens (age 55+) start at $33.00 each, plus taxes and fees.
CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET? ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match at least one member of your party, and photo ID is required for verification. Fake IDs aren't accepted—we're looking at you, "Regina Phalange!"
If you or a member of your party is not feeling well, tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) if changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. Fill out this CONTACT FORM.
ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
Limited standby tickets are available at the door. Guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. Tickets purchased at the door will be priced at the regular peak ticket price level and include an additional fee. Children, student, military, and senior citizen tickets are not available for purchase at the door.
Come early in the morning or later in the evening for the best chance of securing standby tickets.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND THIS EXPERIENCE?
All ages are welcome. Guests 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Children 3 and younger don’t need a ticket when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET FOR THE WRONG DATE OR TIME?

With over 7,200 parking spaces, adjacent to six convenient mall entrances, parking is readily available for Great Lakes Crossing Outlets customers. The FRIENDS™ Experience is closest to the Nordstrom Rack entrance.
